Orange Lemon Bliss Balls

Bliss balls are the simple, quick part of your meal prep you shouldn’t miss each week! A perfect snack with loads of goodness for your digestive system. Full credit of this recipe goes to my friend Alex from Revival Nutrition who certainly knows how to whip some great ingredients together!


What You Need

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup designated coconut (extra for rolling balls in)
  • 1 cup chopped pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream
  • juice of 1 orange or lemon


What You Do

  1. Throw all ingredients in a food processor until combined to your liking
  2. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls
  3. Roll in extra coconut
  4. Store in fridge but also great for freezing
